FUKA Deflector Sheaves are more than standard: We deliver robust, durable pulleys for almost all system concepts – from homelift to high-rise. With our standard program and the possibility of custom manufacturing, we cover diameters from approx. 120 mm to 2,000 mm.

As a family business with decades of experience in elevator technology, we develop and manufacture Deflector Sheaves that can be reliably used in new construction and modernization projects – also for older makes and special solutions.

Quality from in-house production

FUKA Deflector Sheaves are manufactured in our facility from proven materials and equipped with durable bearing technology. For reliable performance in continuous operation, we use exclusively quality bearings from SKF or FAG.

Technical Execution & Materials

Standard Execution

Our Deflector Sheaves are available as standard in cast iron or plastic (OPTAMID) execution.

OPTAMID pulleys offer advantages such as low weight, very good vibration and noise damping, and high rope protection

– particularly interesting for modern, compact system concepts.

Deflector Sheaves made of cast iron or steel are standard painted traffic yellow, the area of the rope groove remains unpainted (different execution according to specification possible).

Bearing

For assembly, we use exclusively SKF or FAG bearings. Special bearings and pre-assembled units are available on request.

New: Deflection pulleys for suspension belts

Innovation for Suspension Belts

In addition to classic Deflector Sheaves, we also manufacture deflection pulleys for suspension belt systems (flat belts), as they are increasingly used in modern elevator systems. Such systems require pulleys whose width, running surface geometry, and surface quality are precisely matched to the respective suspension belt.

Design according to belt specification:

We manufacture suspension belt deflection pulleys to match the respective belt series (widths, profiles, manufacturer approvals) including defined running surfaces and bearing according to system concept.

If you provide us with belt type, width, manufacturer approvals, and installation situation or send corresponding documents, we will check the design and create an offer at short notice.

Standard Program & Custom Manufacturing

Benefit from our constantly growing standard program with a variety of standard pulleys. If your pulley is not found there, we manufacture any pulley at short notice according to sample or drawing – also as an original reproduction for older systems.
